As an aside.

I went to buy a 7 acre, $250,000 piece of ground west of here on I-70. The man selling it told me he had to by law tell me that there was contaminated soil on the land. He was knocking $125,000 off of the sale price of the land because their is 1,250 cubic yards of diesel soaked soils that will have to be hauled to the landfill and disposed of in an environmentally acceptable way.

I called the local EPA office and they will accept the BUGS product and let the soil stay and will sign off on it as soon as product is applied and digestion is complete. The cost of the product from BUGS for this amount of soil will be approx. $1,000 and the application I will perform myself.

If I buy the land I will save approx. 50% on the land cost ($125k) by using the BUGS product and not have to remove the soil.

Easy double. I am looking for more contaminated ground!!!!
