From a nice CPA... Don't know what a T-3 is. Is it a state form? If the kids are the beneficiaries of the trust, the income should be reported by them. The income should be reported under their S.S. #'s. If it is a custodial account reported under the parent's S.S. # , the parent will need to report it, but can back it off the return with a description stating it was reported by the kids.
