Some thoughts on the earnings and CC:

First, earnings:

* Why was interest income down to $211,000 from $337,000
last quarter--- especially since cash "increased" by a million?

* The number of diluted shares increased from 7,083,000 last
quarter to 7,685,000. That's a significant increase.

Now the Conference Call:

* No mention of a neutral or negative first quarter that I've
been reading about since their December road show. But they
did say that Q1 will be somewhat down sequentially due to
seasonal conditions that have prevailed for the last three years.
Seems to me they're indicating another good quarter.

*The AOL project entering final implementation testing phase.
Sounds like we may hear something soon.

*Not many small deals anymore. Most deals are from large companies
that have a lot of money to spend on customer service/support...

* Not too many questions or analysts on the call.
