This is a management that can't figure out what to do with its own product, Kayak, but certainly knows how to spend the stockholders money on salary and perks and pie-in-the-sky bullshit. Is that any different from any corporate bunch of good old boys? That's their objective. That's their mentality. That's what they will do until a new BOD kicks their butts out the door.

Feel important, do nothing, and spend the money. The new (and the old)Novell.
