Derald, I looked into the RapidFill competition. Called the company and got a sample. Their bag is void fill packaging. What you do is put the bag in the box then put the product in the box and close 3 of the top covers, fill the bag with air and then close the last cover. My conclusion was that this is not serious competition for the Air Box. You will have to make up your own mind on this issue.

One consideration was this RapidFill packaging todate has not been automated. i.e. humans are required to do the packaging. The Air Box has been automated at at least one manufacture and there is no human involvement in packaging products. In my opinion the more efficiency that can be build into the production line is a plus and the better chance for Air Box to obtain large orders. Labor and Benefits are costly.

To get this company profitable in the near future, I believe they need to obtain some large orders. It looks to me like MOT could be the company that gets them profitable in the near future.

I did some real simple math and took a look at the current MOT orders and believe that these current orders will get 50% of the revenue we need to be profitable. If just a few of the other 365 MOT plants use the Air Box we should be home free. Believe you me don't buy the stock on my conjectures.

Joan
