AG is 73 when he is finished with his term in summer of 2000.. he will not be back ...would you the Market will look ahead 9 months and so by the late summer he will be gone in the MKt's deadfire eye. Rubin will not be after that .....the Prez ..same..... So pick your inflection point as to when this will be page 1 news.
