If it ever does. Intel will suspend its roadmap, deliver its deliverables to the US Star Chamber, the Federal Trade Commission, bow its head and say: "You know best." -- according to our information, which is normally reliable. Intel has seen its software twin Microsoft being dragged through the courts and it don't want to endure it itself. Such a result would humiliate all concerned and software and chip companies have differing agenda. ®
