Great web site on Internet advertising - Adbility's Web Publishers' Advertising Guide (was Mark Welch, site recently renamed.)

Here are their assessments of the ad networks:

adbility.com

And ZULU's entry:

-----
Beware: This looks like a stock scam, not an ad sales business. On 12/31/97, Softbank sold SIMweb to Zulu-Tek.. SIMweb's key employees and affiliated sites fled like rats from a sinking ship in early 1998. Is Zulu-Tek/ZuluMedia An Investment Scam? See the series in Wired News
On January 19, 1999, Zulu-Tek issued a press release announcing that it had hired Richy Glassberg as CEO of a new "Omni-Net.com" advertising sales rep division, but the press release included no contact telephone number or address for the company, and as of February 3 there was still no web site enabled at Omni-Net.com.

Now, admittedly, this guy doesn't have much of anybody good to say about ANYBODY. But, perhaps, that's just the way it is in this business.

In addition to the assessments, this site has a lot of links and good articles on web advertising.
