I'd say its pretty cheap already, however it doesn't mean that if one had some free cash, he should spend it all now.
There are days on the market, when people give up for different reasons, and price dips "unreasonably" low. In this case I already have GTC limit orders below 5. Book value is 4.16. IMO any dip closer to this number will be a buying opportunity.

I already have a substantial position in ARTI, and will be adding only, if the price will fall unreasonably low, or some major developments will start drawing interest to the stock.
