Actually I know quite a bit more. Let's start with this: MOTION FOR ORDER TO SHOW WHY AMAZON NATURAL TREASURES, INC. AND MICHAEL SYLVER SHOULD NOT BE HELD IN CONTEMPT AND FOR SANCTIONS AND DISMISSAL OF COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DEPOSITORY TRUST COMPANY AND FOR STAY OF BRIEFING SCHEDULE Comes now, Defendant The Depository Trust Company (hereinafter "DTC"), and moves this Court for an order to show cause why Plaintiffs Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. (hereinafter "Amazon") and President, Michael Sylver (hereinafter "Sylver"), should not be held in contempt for giving false testimony under oath against DTC and obstructing justice during the evidentiary hearing on Plaintiffs' motion for preliminary injunction, and for sanctions against Plaintiffs Amazon and Sylver, including an award of fees and dismissal of the complaint against DTC. Further, Defendant requests an expedited evidentiary hearing on this motion at which time Defendant will produce irrefutable evidence to establish that Michael Sylver gave false testimony at the preliminary injunction hearing. etc. Take your time and digest this before we give you the rest...
