Thanks TL seems that BLLS currently meets all the requirements for a full NASDAQ listing.

Here are the requirements:

1. Net Tangible Assets 4 mil or Market Cap 50 mil or Net Income $750,000
2. Public Float 1 mil shares
3. Market Value of public float $5 mil
4. Min bid price $4.00
5. Market Makers 3
6. Shareholders 300
7. 1 yr operating history or 50 mil Market Cap
8. Corporate Governance

Here is the breakdown:

1. Market cap is $ 70 mil
2. Public float 3-5 million
3. Market Value of public float 21-35 million
4. Bid $6.938
5. If not 3 it is very easy to change
6. No problem
7. Look at 1.
8. Don't know but would imagine is no problem.
