I receive notices from Edgar Online - I pay for the service and pay additional charges to view the 144's. 144 filings are only of intent to sell. They are not filed electronically but by paper. Edgar Online then reports them at the end of the day. In last 10-K Mr. Butcher owned over 10 million or 33 % of company shares so this filing represents a small fraction of his holdings. Whereas Jeffrey Thornton (pres of Vision Quest) registered to sell 48000 shares. 10-K lists him with 40,000.
