I noticed how quirky the preference list selection is, but thought it might be a "feature" that I just hadn't fooled around with enough. <g>

I think the data folder selection "memory" is a Windows 32 bit system-wide requirement for 95 certification (if I'm understanding your description correctly)?

But here's another one for you......When I loaded the intraday data via the MS Downloader, it naturally wouldn't take a series of the same dates, so I just did a "fill series" of dates (2/2/99 through 5/5/04) down the column in Excel, then pasted it into the datasheet in a separate folder. (I didn't want to have any other funny stuff crop up due to a single file) Anyway, I put the new folder in the preferences list, but it STILL won't find the file after the test.....Could this be (I hate to ask this) a Y2K bug ? I can't think of any other reason it wouldn't find it.
