The focus group leadership espoused by our rudderless president comes with a price,time will give us the cost.Elias Cortez following the president's lead responded in typical bureaucratic form except this time it's different. The deadline is immovable. He obviously has no concept of what's going to happen or he would not have taken the job. If they are still doing accessment in California,then they must have
gone to the Bank Of America school of remediation.God help them.
