2. Aspen Semiconductor D
1. Performance Semiconductors Logic Division Purchase: F
2. Contaq(???)- Chip Set(for PC) group F
3. ICD in Washington. C

I expect ICW acquisition to be no better. Yes, they will be some saving from the wafer cost initially. But eventually micro management style of Cypress(TJ Rodgers) will cripple the ICW's new products as the new comers try to adopt Cypress way. I would not be surprised for TJ to have ICW in move in Cypress building to save money and this will seal the fate of ICW.

There is too much culture(management) difference between CY(TJ Rodgers) and other company's management. The only reason ICD survived this long because TJ is 2000 miles away and has to deal with him monthly basis rather than daily or hourly basis.
