NO, you don't know what you are talking about. The "maximum operating currents" can't just be multiplied by the supply voltages to get maximum power because they are peak supply currents. Maximum thermal energy is the spec you're looking for, and it is based on running a special program designed to generate the most heat. Incidentally, AMD does not consider this software proprietary, while INTEL does not even mention what method is used to determine "maximum" dissipation.
