What do you think about that MSFT/DOJ sideshow? If I was Microsoft's attorney, I would have not put on a defense. They should have just said - We're INNOCENT. Period. And force the JUDGE to resolve the issue - which he will ultimately do anyhow. As it turns out, Microsoft seems bent on convicting itself. The lawyers are probably already working on the Appeal of the case. Paul
