Consolidated Trilogy (CTJ.VSE) was the junior independant doing exploration in Chile and working with Thyssen. Thyssen has more or less absorbed CTJ through private placements and shares for drilling and equipment etc. In December CTJ announced name and trading symbol change to TME. Became official in January, 1999.

vancouver, b.c.—Richard N. Jeffs, chairman of Consolidated Trilogy Ventures Ltd., is pleased to announce that the company has appointed Andrew R. Fearn as a director and the president. Mr. Fearn is an area manager for Thyssen Mining Construction of Canada Ltd. and has more than twenty years of experience in the mining industry in Canada, United States, Europe and South Africa. He is a professional engineer and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. The company has also appointed Peter M. Kuhn as a director and Jeff Sample, a director since 1996, as the vice president responsible for exploration. Mr. Kuhn is the president of Thyssen Mining Construction of Canada Ltd. Mr. Sample is a professional geologist with more than twenty-five years of exploration and mining experience in Canada, United States, South America and Ireland. Richard N. Jeffs, the former president, has been appointed as the chairman.
