Attention all: I just heard that internet phone rates may go way way up..anybody know anything.. internetnews.com Hopefully somebody will find out exactly what it is all about If this is true..that we might have to pay for call by the minute.. this is the most outrageous attempt at controlling free speech.. I hope I got it wrong.. Also if this is true..would it apply to cable.. Once again..this is totally outrageous if it is true..
