SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 1999--Internet Stock
News today announced an investment opinion in order to notify analysts,
brokers, institutional and retail investors, as well as media
representatives that its featured company, Information-Highway.com
Inc., a leading Internet Service Provider and Web Portal Developer, has
started trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol ("IHWY").
The news as announced on Wednesday, Feb. 24 regarding trading of
the company's stock states:
Information-Highway.com Inc. (OTC BB:IHWY), formerly Florida
Venture Fund Inc. (OTC BB:FLVN) announced that it has completed
the purchase of 51% of the outstanding common stock of Information
Highway Inc. in a share for share exchange and commenced trading on
the OTC Bulletin Board. Information-Highway.com Inc. intends to
acquire the balance of the outstanding common stock of Information
Highway Inc. in a similar share for share exchange to commence in the
very near future.
Information-Highway.com Inc. issued 499,000 share of freely tradable
share of common stock and 2,736,000 shares of restricted common
stock resulting in a total of 3,554,667 shares of common stock
outstanding after the completion of the transaction.
As a result of the transaction, John Robertson, Jennifer Lorette and
James Vandeberg were elected directors. Robertson was appointed
president and chief executive officer; James Vandeberg, vice president;
and Jennifer Lorette as secretary.
In announcing the completion of the transaction including the change of
name to Information-Highway.com Inc., Robertson stated, "This is a
significant event in our corporate development which will greatly
improve the opportunity for rapid growth in the future".
