AMD can easily out sell Cyrix 7 to 1. During Q4 AMd sold 1.1 million K5 at 100, 120 and 133. During Q4 Cyrix sold 500,000 6x86 P166 and P200.

You tell me what will happen when clock speeds are equivalent.
