Paul, Those FTC guys have 9 lives and will persist. I suspevt that there are no Intel on chip secrets given out in those ND agreements. they will concern pinouts, timing, and other chip set issues the mother board makers and chip set makers are concerned with. AMD needs to know these and will know them all once the CPUs are sold and the chip set makers release data for MB makers. So all AMD is denied is time, time to make a competing product. Note Intel compettes with the chip set makers and MB makers but does release data to them. You may have seen how happy the MB makers and CS makers were in times past with Intel, and how Intel brought them to heel by behind the scenes pressures and deals. So the FTC has lots of meat in their threats and soon the DOJ will have some meat to chew.
