FYI: Here's another private message I received on KWIN. The writer is a long time holder of KWIN and so I thought it would be of interest to some of us here. Good to have that "veteran" perspective, I think. I did ask for and receive the author's permission to post this publicly.

Hi Chris,

I see you have been posting on the KWIN thread. Although I no longer post, I have followed KWIN for a long time.

I don't know where some people are getting that KWIN was profitable in 1997. As far as I know they were at a small loss.

They did have a press release out in Aug 1998. It projected earnings before tax of .46 cents. So they have beaten the projections by 10%.

I see someone mentioned bankruptcy on the thread. To my knowledge this is NOT at all true. And I have seen NO record of any such thing. It looks like someone is guessing as to why the price on KWIN dropped so far.

Also KWIN has NOT sold part of their business. It is my understanding that they are just growing and have gone unnoticed, as you mentioned in your post.

BB companies that go unnoticed on the internet seem to always go down.
