So...

If we assume that ORCL closes today at $60 and opens post split on Monday at $40 (its easier to do round numbers on my fingers), each share of Oracle purchased for $20 at the IPO would have become 71 shares at $40. To look at it another way, an investment of $1,000 in Oracle at the IPO would have grown to 3,550 shares worth $142,000. Anyone care to check my math <g>?
