Don, Do you remember the last conf call and the mechanism for stock buyback? A third party is buying the shares for them and then SGI buys from the third party, but over as long as 3 years. Do you think the 22 mil are actually held by SGI now? Also, the float is only 180 mil shares last time I checked. 27 mil is a pretty big piece of that - 15%. Bill
