Well, I didn't want to mention this, and I really won't do the topic justice, because I don't want to. But I used to date a guy who had been something like an orderly or counsellor at a home for retarded people (I know that's not the term used anymore) and he said some of them liked to shove things up their you-know, like tennis shoes, lightbulbs, flashlights. He said that there were special gadgets in the emergency room for removing such items, including one that could take out the lightbulb without it breaking. I didn't really think he was joking, but there was always some question in the back of my mind.
