Hey Dicky - why don't you put out a press release listing the "RISK FACTORS" for SHRP detailed in the S-3 prospectus available for all to see at www.freeedgar.com?

How about this one, quote: "we may not succeed in achieving profitable operations in marketing our products over the internet". Quite a contrast to the PR bunk Dicky catapults over the Dow Jones. Implication here is that the net is not profitable and not likely to be for a long time. Also note that the internet only gets one line in the whole prospectus. This tells you that the SEC won't tolerate Dicky's hype.

Contrast the S-3 to the air ball news release.
