You don't GET it! The stock is worthless! What don't you understand? I've begun writing it off last year and frankly, it came handy. That's part of the game. Win some lose some.
In as far as trusting him now, I've confirmed enough of his recent info and besides, what the heck does he have to gain now by lying? Think it through guy. What, you think he's gonna short it by hyping it? That's ridiculous. Get a clue already. Call the courthouse and ask for the doc's and figure it out yourself. It's all public. Take the time to dig out the complete story before you start shooting from the hip.
Anyway, I made my own decision before I knew of Doug or SI and that was my fault and mine alone. I got caught by Jimbo's BS too, but became skeptical earlier than most. I guess your admittance of taking the advice of a complete stranger with very questionable motives is telling. Don't blame others for your mistake. Do your own DD and write this loss as a good learning experience or you'll fall into the same trap again.
I guess what I'm saying is, who cares what anyone else said? You bear the responsibility for your own actions, end of discussion. Time to move on already...
