I thought that EP was a bit hesitant when asked about this quarter last week. I can't remember his exact words but he said that CPQ would at least match the general market growth, and when asked if he was exceeding it so far in the quarter, he hesitated and said it was still a bit early. Where do they get the backloading comment from? Isn't it a bit early to call backloading?

Obviously the cancelling of the e-commerce contracts has spooked First Boston. Obviously they like the growth in services.

I have a theory that the Niles and Kumar statements on DELL has encouraged analysts to be more sceptical.

Does anyboyd have a way fo checking where Merril Lynch and First Boston where in the accuracy state with last quarter's figures. My recollection is that Merril Lynch was too conservative.
