Here's a follow up message. Note that $4.50 a share is mentioned. COULD THAT BE WHY WE SAW THAT NEWSLETTER POP UP AND PLACE A $44.50 share value on the company??????

OK here's the latest...

ETPI wanted $4.50 per share and Disney wanted to pay $1.25. They are trying to find a middle ground now.
