kasl, have you read The Gorilla Game by Geoffry Moore? If you have, then you will understand that the strategy is not as simple as its name implies. If you haven't read it, I strongly recommend that you do. Also Crossing the Chasm and Inside the Tornado, also by Moore. These books are widely read by the industry leadership in technology. They are practically required reading for NetApp employees.
