Regardless of his reasons for selling (and those of the other 7 3COM officers that sold during January), if you truly believe a stock's price is set by supply and demand then the 3.3 million shares they sold in the open market cannot help but depress the price (for the rest of us). He left the company, so he cashed in his chips. o~~~ O
