WOLF TO DEFEND STATEMENT OF CLAIM
SEATTLE, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Company wishes to announce that it has received a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim issued and filed by AEI TruColor Inc., a non-reporting British Columbia company, claiming ownership to the Company's Dental Color Analyzer. The plaintiff seeks, inter alia, a declaration to the effect that it owns the aforementioned device, an order that same be delivered into its hands and damages. The Company is of the opinion that the lawsuit is without merit and intends to fully defend the action.
