Merritt, The mfg. economy, the users of commodities, is already in the toilet. It is the financial flim-flam and services economy that is most vulnerable, IMHO, and the main commodity they use is paper. <g> But, I wouldn't bet the ranch on commodity options, just a bit of risk capital. MB
