Yes Ken. And you are correct. I contacted 2 corporate lawyers, and like I posted here, for a small embodiment of shareholders such as us here, it would be a very costly endeavor. Not in our best interest to do it alone. But now with this CalPERS thing, well, that puts a whole new slant on this. It very well may not be a risky thing to do.

This BOD needs to be "squeezed". And you know what part of their anatomy I am talking about. With over 1.7M shares of Novell, and a
very vocal community of angry shareholders, this might just be the ticket to press them. They aren't going to do anything but turn a deaf ear to us unless we get with or the backing of an entity such as CalPERS. It looks like their worst nightmares are coming to haunt them.

I don't know about you, but I don't like to lose. And I don't intend to lose on this one. There's blood in the water now, and the sharks are beginning to circle. This is the message I want sent to Novell corporate and their lame investor relations department.
