Vman, I dont like to see Loral flounder around at these levels. There are too many sharks in the water to be splashing around like a wounded carp. Some Questions/commmets: Orion 3, early May Telstar 7 mid-June Orion 2? Satmex added the new transponder. Old utilization rate was 35%, what is the current use rate? Do you expect useage to increase on a partial, single, or multiple transponder pace? Frost and Sullivan had a compiling of transponders by operator and bands (US Private Satellite Network Markets 1998 Figure 4-7) do you have a similar source for Orion birds?
