The CEO from Western Digital was on CNBC this morning talking about their new technology. I didn't hear alot of it, because I was getting ready for work and I just had my ears perked for something on KM, but there was nothing. He said it was a license to use this technology so it was open also to all their competitors, but WDC was about 18 months ahead of the game. I sure would like to know the company they are licensing it from though if anybody knows because I'm sure others will follow. He almost made it sound like this technology would replace cd's, but don't quote me because I was listening with half an ear. It's at times like this when I begin to question in my mind and I hate to admit this, but how good is KM if nobody else seems to be jumping on axc's band wagon. Obviously all these companies have been looking at everything out there and they are all coming out with new press releases about some other technology they are taking over KM (that is if IBM's new technology isn't KM from their last press release). Please tell me I'm completely off the track!
