This is the unit TLS has been installing in Europe. It works very well. As for cart bumpers, Fleming uses a clear plastic strip with comes in 6-10ft pieces, these slide over the tags so that the carts cannot catch onto the tags. I've seen the plastic in the Philly store and it doesn't stand out yet is very effective. (I tried ramming a cart into the strip and couldn't dislodge the tag.)
