Glad to see that YOU ALSO feel the Justice Dept does NOT have a case of monopoly against INTC

The antitrust question is independent of AMD's market share at the low end.

If Intel is taking money from Xeon sales and using it to subsidize Celeron sales- with the intention of forcing competitors out of business, it is in violation of the intent of the antitrust laws.

There is no question that, left unchecked, Intel could put AMD out of business. All they would have to do is give Celerons away for free.
