hi Steve, yes, Singapore is ALL middle class <vbg>. Well, there are benefits to a social engineered technocratic one party state. Quite a contrast to the HK freeform [ok, so one should pay some lip service to the old men to the North <g>, but not a bad price to pay]

Its defense budget probably is a good investment, one has to wonder how much money from people like Indonesian of Chinese descent has been dashed in Singapore.
