It may sound desperate to a Pfizer long but the statement is based on the FDA's own adverse reaction reporting system that claims that reporting of adverse reaction is estimated to be as low as 1 to 10% of real numbers.

My 4,000 is based on 10% reporting.

If we go by the 1% number that would be 40,000.

I don't think it is at all unrealistic to claim that at least about 4,000 deaths can be linked to the hypotensive effects of Viagra in the CVD patients.
