It is good to learn languages but not when you force subjects in English. Perhaps I was not very clear. karunanidhi has asked all schools (private, govt and all schools, even the so called English medium schools to have 3 (three) subjects in Tamil that means that schools have to have Math, Science and maybe Social Studies in Tamil. Does it make sense to you now? He has all those govt. schools teaching tamil and everything in tamil. Don't ask me about the quality of the teachers or the schools. So now those people who want to educate their kids send them to private schools and pay more - even the poor who can ill afford it and he is taking that away. Did you know that all boards in TamilNadu are in Tamil. Nothing should become an obsession! Are you a fan of karunanidhi?
