Pricing at OEM is rock solid, no problem with DRAM holding.
March demand will be strong with New PentiumIII launch.(my opinion).
for what its worth heres the latest AICE commentary.

Activity on Intel CPU's is weaker today in advance of the scheduled price restructuring this weekend. The lack of demand is driving price levels on Pentium II and Celeron product lower. Conversely, DRAM trading is robust and prices are higher on 16MX1 FPM 4K REF 5V SOJ and 4MX16 EDO 4K REF 3V TSOP.
