Michael,
It's hard to say what really went on here. The only thing that confidential would seem to be a formula or something, Why would the director need to have it or copy it? In my opinion, every company, good & bad, has histories of disputes at the top. I don't think it's either positive or negative for the stock. Maybe someone else has more to say.
