Well, this thread has deteriorated into nothing but name calling. No substantive discussion anymore. So I'm leaving it. Good luck to those of you who choose to stay. If any of you (except you know who) know of another thread where serious discussion is still welcome, PM me (don't post it here because a certain person may get wind of it and come aboard and ruin it).
