Like parents don't know about these things or something.

Their shock reminds me of when I was a teenager and cable television had just been introduced to our community. They had this movie channel that would show the same movie for a week and my grandmother called me and asked if I wanted to come over to watch One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest with her. I went over, knowing that the movie was just loaded with the f-word and every five minutes my grandma would express her disgust with the language. She kept watching the movie though, and when it was over she told me she thought it was a pretty good movie. I mentioned something about the language and she said something like, "Well, I suppose if I had been one of those guys I would have said f**k all the time too." I then said she'd have to wash her mouth out with soap and she told me to grow up and join the real world.

I found out years later that she and my step-grandfather used to go to the "Art Cinema" every once in a while to catch the latest erotic fare.
