Let's look at one insider's trading as an instructive exercise.

WT director, DM Stuart, exercises his cheap options in January of 1998. He picks up 124,667 at $0.16 to hold 128,000. Within days he begins selling, almost 40,000 shares at prices between $0.95 and $1.47. A few months later, in April, we find him bailing out, selling 40% of his remaining shares at the lofty price of $3.00 each. How many on this list were so insightful in their timing? Late November, he exited completely at $0.79. According to the latest report I've seen, he now holds no WT. A firm believer, this WT director.

Is it just a coincidence how this director was able to use the interest generated by WT promoters' hype at the time to dump his cheap shares for a very tidy profit? Selling $0.16 shares for $3.00--not a bad return...

I guess that I was not the only one who felt that WT was not worth $3.00/sh.
