Welcome to the thread,Les.

To the best of my knowledge, Cabot has not commented on WIND. There have been no reports of it on this thread and I haven't found mention of it anywhere else. Perhaps you're thinking of Radisys, which was Cabot's pick for the stock of the month for October, as I recall.

I agree with your reasoning as to the cause of the recent weakness. The "Barron's" article was like blood in the water and probably triggered a lot of short selling. WIND is a natural target with high the valuation it carries; however, WIND has earned that valuation and will meet the challenge.

Unfortunately, Allen is out of the country until just before earnings release. He previously (Post 422) indicated $.21 to $.23 to be his estimate for the Quarter. This would continue WIND's string of besting analyst's estimates. I am not sure Allen expected the i960RP chip to blossom as quickly as it did, but,for now,his estimates stands.

I doubt"Even Stephen" can make sense of the recent chart, but he's at least here and I'm sure he'll help us if anyone can.

Mitch
