PCModem there has been some very serious questions regarding "proof" of the RM between PRTW and PANAM(Nev) plus your web site says PanAm is a Nevada corp(it should say DE). Same questions about the acquisition of RMC. Will there be definitive statements regarding these matters soon?

PCModem I understand that, but a RM means PRWT =PanAm and PanAm (Nev) is dissolved (etc.) That's what I'm referring to. In a true RM (reverse merger) the Nev company is dissolved and the DE survives with the identity of the Nev company (name and management) This situation needs to be clarified for the sake of the investors. The website should say the company is a DE company IF there has been a true RM. Thanks
