CAMPBELL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 1999--PhotoLoft.com, a Nevada corporation, approved for trading on the NASD Electronic Bulletin Board, (OTC BB:LOFT), Friday announced that it has completed the acquisition of PhotoLoft.com, Inc. (''PLCI''), a California corporation.
As part of the acquisition of PLCI, the company raised $1 million, changed its name from Data Growth, Inc. to PhotoLoft.com, appointed a new board of directors and changed its offices to Campbell.
The company also effectuated a 2.46 to 1 reverse stock split which is effective with the commencement of business on Monday, March 1, 1999.
